Granite Development is a Boutique Real Estate Development Company headquartered in Syracuse, NY. Granite focuses upon and undertakes developments consisting of historical significance and restoration coupled with rich amenity offerings, universal inclusion and social awareness. 

Granite's first development project was completed in 2006. It consisted of an historic restoration of the Amos building located in Syracuse, NY containing 24 upscale apartments and roughly 5,500 SF of commercial space. The Amos has since expanded and grown. With three projects simultaneously under construction and one large scale development in the pipeline in Central New York, consisting of a total of over 450,000 SF under development, Granite Development is postured for continual growth, expansion and performance.
